The property is located just 4 minutes by car from the town of Canillas de Albaida (20 minutes on foot). In the town we find basic necessities as well as restaurants. The town of Cómpeta, which has a wide variety of shops, is located 10 minutes from the property. Located on the edge of the Natural Park, the property gives access to many beautiful hiking trails.
The access road to the property is in excellent condition and completely paved.
